Mr. Lee is the transportation supervisor for the school district. He plans bus routes, organizes extracurricular trips, hires and manages drivers, coordinates maintenance on vehicles, assists with transportation related discipline referrals, and works with parents. During Mr. Lee’s tenure as the transportation supervisor, the department has run smoothly and efficiently.
Whether his customer is a coach, principal, teacher, student, or parent, Mr. Lee prioritizes customer service. He returns phone calls and email promptly and is always willing to find a solution to whatever problem is presented. He is calm, kind, and patient with his customers.
Mr. Lee is the first on the front lines when staffing is short. He regularly fills in for route drivers. When there is an athletic trip that other drivers have not picked up, he is willing to step in and drive so that students can participate in their activity. This has been especially important through the last two years.
Mr. Lee is a team player and always looking for ways to create win-win situations. His commitment and professionalism are so valuable to the school district.
