World Class Relationships, Restorative Practices, and District Performance Plan Goal 3

Recent legislative action mandates that traditional school discipline plans are replaced with restorative discipline plans.  WPCSD teachers, principals, social workers, and other leaders met all summer long to develop our districtwide approach to this requirement.  This is far more than a discipline plan.  It is a top to bottom social-emotional outline to how we want to build vibrant and thriving relationships at our schools.  Developing these relationships is the primary objective of the third goal of our District Performance Plan.  Click here.
